Candice is a Texas native from a tiny town called Marion. She moved to the 'big' city of Waco in 2003 to attend Baylor University and has since made it her forever home. She received her bachelor's degree in Sociology in 2007 while working as a local cosmetologist. In 2009 she started a new career in banking where she worked in new accounts, marketing, loan processing, and lending. With more than a decade of experience in lending, she is dedicated to ensuring a positive impact on each lending interaction. Apart from her professional pursuits, she is a devoted dog-mom of two miniature dachshunds and a committed follower of the Christian faith. She is excited to embark on her next journey with Waco Home Loans and is enthusiastic about guiding individuals through the mortgage process.
